For whom
For people walking a transition over a longer arc, seeking steady, confidential accompaniment — on its own or alongside a retreat. This accompaniment is a space of clarity and inner reordering: for the bigger questions, for decisions that want to ripen, for re-encountering what is truly one's own.
Also for couples
As a distinct variant, I also accompany couples — threshold work in the space of a relationship. A space for truth between two people, where what would otherwise remain unspoken may be said.
The frame
Important notes
One-to-one accompaniment is life and social counselling — not psychotherapy and not medical treatment. It addresses people in a life situation sufficiently stable for this format. Existing or suspected illness should primarily be in medical or psychotherapeutic care; my work may accompany such treatment but does not replace it. Details in the Terms of Participation.
