The Threshold Retreat
Several days, a small group, an authentic passage.
A small group of people walks together over several days — and yet each one for themselves — through an authentic transition.
For whom
For mature people at a real life threshold: before or within a professional upheaval, in a question of meaning or mid-life, after a loss, before a significant decision. For people willing to look honestly — and seeking a protected, carefully held space for it.
The retreat is not suitable as accompaniment during an acute psychological crisis that requires therapeutic treatment. Whether this format is coherent for you, we clarify together in the initial conversation.
The arc of the days
Arriving
Coming to rest, leaving the everyday behind, allowing stillness.
Looking
Recognising what no longer carries.
Passage
The actual threshold work — the letting go.
Reorientation
Sensing and naming the new.
Integration
Anchoring what has emerged, and taking leave.
The rhythm of the days weaves morning stillness, meditation and Qi Gong with deep one-to-one and group accompaniment, with times of silence, with nature, and with simple shared meals. The retreat is held by an initial conversation and two to three integration conversations — so that an experience can become a lasting transformation.

Important notes
The retreat is an educational and accompaniment-oriented format — not psychotherapy and not medical treatment. It does not replace either. Participation requires a sufficiently stable psychological and physical condition, and the disclosure of relevant pre-existing conditions before the start. Participation is on one's own responsibility. Travel-cancellation insurance is recommended. Details — including cancellation policy and right of withdrawal — in the Terms of Participation.
Is this your path?
Whether a retreat is coherent for you can only be sensed in conversation. I invite you.
