Contemplative Practice

The continuous practice space — step by step on the path.

Not every inner work begins in a crisis. Some is a steady path of cultivation — step by step.

For whom

For people who want to walk a continuous path of inner training — with or without prior experience, at any age and from any starting point. The threshold is low; depth grows with time. „A spirit that is not cultivated decays" — and likewise: every step on this path bears fruit.

The practice space

At the core are ongoing practice evenings in Silent Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese energy work — practices for cultivating body, energy and spirit. Added to these are Taoist treatments as support in personal developmental processes, and, for those who wish to go deeper, individual accompaniment on the path to the essential self.

DAO — Steps on the Path

The concrete path of practice has a name: DAO — Steps on the Path. Four forms are open — from the weekly bodily-moving evening to the silent, seated deepening; from individual sessions in Taoist healing arts to one-to-one mentoring on the path to the essential self.

Circle of Clarity

For conscious exchange in a protected setting there is the „Circle of Clarity" — a recurring space in which people accompany one another on the path. Details on request.

You need not believe anything and need not belong to any philosophy. The work is the cultivation of one's own essence — a more conscious, calmer, more vital life.

Important notes

Silent Qi Gong, Taoist meditation and energy work are practices of cultivation — not medical or curative treatments in the sense of the Austrian Physicians Act. They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care. Existing complaints should be clarified with a physician. Participation is on one's own responsibility; physical limitations should be communicated before the start. Details in the Terms of Participation.
